Scope of work

  1. Cat A M&E Fit-out 
  2. Complete strip-out of all M&E on-floor services and central plant back to shell and core
  3. Installation of new UKPN supply and new mains distribution switch boards
  4. Installation of rising bus-bar throughout the building
  5. Installation of new tenants' on-floor distribution boards, fed from the rising bus-bar
  6. Installation of new landlord's on-floor distribution boards, fed directly from basement mains distribution switch board
  7. Installation of an intelligent lighting control system throughout the building
  8. Installation of new LED lighting throughout the on-floor tenants' areas
  9. Fit-out of the landlord core areas throughout the building (staircases and toilets)
  10. Installation of electrical services and containment associated with the central mechanical plant installation and on-floor mechanical services
  11. Installation of a primary ventilation system
  12. Installation of a refrigeration/heating system throughout the office area
  13. Installation of a central supply and extract system
  14. Installation of a CWS system
  15. Installation  of BMS controls
  16. Installation of a fire alarm system throughout
  17. Installation of leak detection, disabled persons' alarm  refuge systems.
