Replacement of services infrastructure in a fully occupied building as follows: Phased replacement of the mains distribution switchgear feedig  the entire building, replacement of the fire alarm system, replacement and enhancement of the emergency lighting throughout the building and the main reception was also fully refurbished during this period.
